Before launching her practice, Madeline spent two decades leading teams at some of the world’s most recognized public and private companies. Most recently, as Global Head of CEO & Executive Communications at Intel, she stood at the right hand of four CEOs and the executive team through one of the most dramatic corporate turnarounds in American history, at the very moment the AI era was taking shape. She helped shape the AI narrative in America and around the world, collaborated with some of the greatest minds in technology, and worked directly with two presidential administrations on policy that will shape American business for generations, including the CHIPS Act.
At AT&T, she led crisis communications through its landmark Department of Justice battle over the Time Warner acquisition, and served as the company’s spokesperson across more than 600 media crises. She won an Emmy as an anchor and storyteller, and her campaigns have earned some of the most prestigious honors in the industry, including ten Cannes Lions and the most coveted of them all, the Grand Prix.
Madeline grew up performing, so she learned from a young age the power of connecting with an audience: how to read a room, hold attention, and make a story land. That is the thread running through her private practice. She holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and a bachelor’s from USC, and lives in Dallas with her husband, daughter, and Shetland sheepdog, Tennessee Rose.
